Brown button mushroom is different from the white button mushroom for its brown colour of the cap, more intensive taste and distinctive smell. The brown mushroom is low in calories, provides a lot of protein and fibre, does not contain cholersterol. It contains selenium, agnesium, calcium as well as D and B2 vitamins.
